Some cats were simply born looking like they need to speak to meownagement immediately.

Some cats just naturally look annoyed all the time. They can be lying on the softest blanket in the house, fully fed, half asleep in a sunbeam, and still somehow look like somebody just asked them to work a double shift. Cats really have mastered the art of looking deeply inconvenienced by their own extremely comfortable lives.

The attitude also never matches what they are actually doing. A cat will be purring, rubbing against your legs, following you from room to room, and staring at you like you personally ruined its week at the exact same time. The face says "absolutely not," while the behavior says "please never leave me alone again."

Some cats have a level of side-eye that feels almost personal too. One glance from across the room and suddenly you feel judged for everything you have ever done. Sitting weird? Judged. Eating chips at midnight? Judged. Existing too loudly? Definitely judged.

Meanwhile cats somehow always look the most offended right after causing complete chaos themselves. They knock a glass off the counter, sprint through the house at 3 AM, attack somebody's feet under the blanket, then sit there glaring like everybody else is the problem. Cats cause complete chaos and still act like everybody else in the house is overreacting.

This cat’s face is giving very strong “stay away from me and do not even think about making eye contact” energy, meanwhile they probably spend the entire day secretly hoping somebody comes over to cuddle them. Cats always act deeply offended by affection right up until the second nobody pays attention to them anymore. Then suddenly the same grumpy little face is following people around the house, flopping onto blankets dramatically, and demanding pets immediately. The emotional mixed signals cats give on a daily basis are impressive.

Even the kitten already has a full resting cat face somehow. Tiny little fluffy baby and already looking like somebody inconvenienced them personally. Kittens always manage to look deeply unimpressed with life despite having absolutely no responsibilities besides eating, sleeping, and causing problems around the house. The serious little expressions on such tiny faces always make it look like they are silently judging everybody around them. Cats start developing dramatic facial expressions from day one.

This cat looks so unbelievably grumpy that it feels personal somehow. The tiny angry expression and dramatic stare make it look like somebody interrupted an important meeting or served dinner five minutes late. Some cats naturally walk around looking deeply disappointed in everybody around them and it somehow makes them even cuter. The best part is that cats with the grumpiest faces are usually the sweetest little babies underneath all the cattitude.
